May 05, 2014 Rating Dog Running Away by: Judy As you live in the country I can understand that it may not be possible to have a fully fenced property but there are other options have you looked into a radio fence containment system, some owners have found that they work well. You could look at building a race for your doxie or fence a small area that your doxie can run around in. As you know, you need to keep her safe, is there anyway you can fence off or gate off access to the road. Hope this gives you some ideas.
